GF Architectural Management is led by Architectural Project Manager, Mr. Gilman Rodrigues Filho, who has been working throughout Brazil since 1993 as well as in the United States since 2018, solidifying his specialization within the field of architecture and construction.
Mr. Rodrigues Filho’s core competencies are backed by his Baccalaureate Degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Methodist Institute of Izabela Hendrix and by his Master’s Degree in Business Management with concentration in Projects. Mr. Rodrigues Filho is furthermore certified in Project Management by Brazil’s Technological Education Institute (IETEC) and has completed entrepreneurship training with Edel Gott, Recherches & Evolution from Paris, France. In Brazil, Mr. Rodrigues Filho has furthermore notably served as an esteemed Panel Judge and Rapporteur for the Brazilian Architectural Institute’s Judging Committee for the National Public Tender on architectural management of the Entrepreneurship Reference Center for SEBRAE-MG, the Brazilian Support Agency to Micro and Small Companies Division Minas Gerais.
In addition to his education and training, Mr. Rodrigues Filho has been the successful Business Owner and Lead Architect of Aurora Arquitetura, Ltda in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Since 1991, Mr. Rodrigues Filho has labored with his company to provide Architectural and Construction Project Management service to various individuals, construction firms, and governmental agencies. These services have pertained to architectural planning, budgeting, performance of bid processing on all project levels, and preparation of technical specifications for design of commercial buildings, schools, and private offices. He has also delivered Project Management service on structures built for housing of large public events (approximately 35,000 people per event), and has developed systems that increased the efficiency, productivity, and accountancy.
